1. Cancellation policy

For a reservation of less than 3 nights: cancellation with 24hrs notice is free of charge. For a reservation of more than 3 nights: cancellation within 72hrs notice is free of charge.

In case of a late cancellation the hotel will debit the credit card given when making the booking for the amount of the first night. In the event of a no-show, the hotel will debit the whole sum of the stay from the credit card given upon reservation.

2. Payment

Credit cards accepted and payment accepted via American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Carte Bleue, French bank cheque, cash and holiday vouchers.

The hotel reserves the right to request payment upon arrival.

3. Credit card guarantee

When making a reservation the hotel requires your credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation. Therefore when making a reservation you are making an agreement with the hotel.
